Refund Policy | Full Refunds for Hockey Apparel, Gifts & More
At Going Hockey, we offer a full refund policy for all eligible purchases.
We do not accept returns or exchanges; however, you can receive a complete refund for your hockey shirts, apparel, gifts, or other products within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Refund:
- First-time claim: You must be claiming your first refund.
- Refund limit: The total value of your refund should not exceed 100 USD.
If this is not your first refund request, your issue will be reviewed and handled by Going Hockey management, who reserves the right to deny the refund under certain circumstances.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process:
To complete your refund request, go to https://refunds.goinghockey.com/ and provide:
- Order number
- The email address used to place your order
If your refund request meets our criteria, we will process it immediately. But please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit account, depending on your payment provider.
Escalations:
If your refund request does not meet the above conditions, it will be escalated to Going Hockey management. You will receive an email with a decision within 30 business days regarding whether the refund will be granted.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. There may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If the refund still hasn’t arrived after this, please contact us at no-reply@goinghockey.com.
